Christian Renn started working with Dirksen Construction in April of 2007. He comes to the company with a background in framing and remodeling. This has been the beginning of a new full time profession as he has spent the past 9 years working at Air Academy High School as a Certified Athletic Trainer with an education background from the University of Northern Colorado in Sports Medicine. Due to the unique evening and weekend hours of that career path and the excitement of his June, 2007 marriage to his wife Anna-Lisa he has decided to choose a more traditional work schedule to begin the foundation of his family.

Doug, owner of Dirksen Construction, wears many hats in the business.  He is the salesman and estimator.  He leads the crews and provides quality control.  Drawing from diverse and experienced background, Doug and Dirksen Construction now focus primarily on bath and kitchen remodels in the winter months, and decks and sunrooms in the summer.   

Dave and his wife Diane recently moved to Colorado Springs.  Drawing from over 25 years of carpentry experience, Dave is especially gifted in kitchen and bath remodels, with skills in cabinetry and fine woodworking. 

His years of experience in remodeling add great value to the Dirksen Construction team.   

Ben started with Dirksen Construction in the late summer of 2007, after deciding to follow his passion for carpentry and woodworking.  Coming from a strong background in mechanical engineering- he quickly fit right in. When he isn't working for Dirken Construction he volunteers with The Navigators at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and encourages college students in their walks with God.
